  • Payments will be returned or a reasonable alternative will be offered if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

  • Football Coaching Academy London CIC reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - jl@cfcal.co.uk or 07947657922.

Photography Permissions - Please read the consent statement below. The two aims when using ‘images’ of children or youths or wishing to film are minimising risk and respecting parental wishes. We have taken this opportunity to advise you of our plans with the latter.

At Football Coaching Academy London CIC, we take the issue of Child Protection and Safeguarding very seriously. This includes images of children/youths in our advertising, and promotional resources/website, which can be motivating for the players involved whilst providing a good opportunity for us to promote our Academy programme. However, we have a duty of care towards the children & youths we coach, which means that players must remain unidentifiable, reducing the risk of inappropriate contact, if images are used this way.


We ask that parents and guardians consent to Football Coaching Academy London CIC, and our partner Club Catford Rangers FC to take and use photographs and images of players. Any use of images will never include the full name of the child alongside an image.

By consenting to the use of photographs, digital images and video recordings of your child for the purposes of printed publications or promotional videos, or on our website/media, you understand that the images will be used only to promote the activities of Football Coaching Academy London CIC/Catford Rangers FC.   • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances 

​


  • If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Football Coaching Academy London CIC will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
